Require
professionals with minimum 10 years working experience on
some NGO project of repute, which has been, completed successfully
and where he has proved his capability of project planning,
development, implementation, monitoring & evaluating.
Working on large non-profit project is desired with proof
of leadership, managerial, organizational and financial control
ability with proven record.
He should be familiar with the designing and developing projects
particularly Foreign Contribution project, Grant-in-Aid project,
Sponsorship project, research project, Tax exempted projects
and have sufficient experience in successfully managing implementing,
evaluating, coordinating, forming policies, advocacy, research
and result orientation.
