Responsibilities:
-- Reviews report submissions, ensuring that analysts provide all required
structural elements.
-- Inserts data changes in report text and PowerPoint presentations,
reviewing forecast numbers, consumer/executive response percentages, and
source lines for potential inconsistencies.
-- Fact-checks all company/product names in each report submission.
-- Reviews PowerPoint presentations, verifying that slides clearly and
succinctly communicate messages in prescriptive titles.
-- Tracks key findings in report text, querying any inconsistencies and
supplying potential changes.
-- Performs three reads each of report text, PowerPoint presentations,
excel files, and eps renderings, identifying and correcting grammatical
errors.
-- Queries late submissions.
-- Meets with analysts to discuss report queries and potential changes.
-- Lays out text and graphics in Quark document.
-- Ensures all elements are in final document
-- Keeps timeline of all reports in production.
Requirements:
-- Bachelor’s degree
-- Strong grammatical skills; great ability to communicate effectively
-- Sharp attention to detail; high personal standards for quality and
thoroughness
-- Strong technical skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, Quark, Web
-- Strong motivation and creativity; ability to thrive in a dynamic,
entrepreneurial environment
-- Outstanding proactivity and leadership; desire and ability to drive
product development
-- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight
deadlines
