real estate is a global real estate company with offices in
USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, and India ( Mumbai & Surat and
other cities). We are expanding at a fast pace. We are currently
looking for candidates with experience in an administrative
capacity. Candidate must be flexible with regards to workings
hours and weekends.
Office location: Malad, Mumbai
Remuneration: As per market rate with good career prospects
Responsibilities:
Scheduling & coordinating meetings (agenda, invitations,
booking rooms & arranging necessary facilities)
Handling incoming calls & mails
Coordinating with the various people
Entering and updating the database
Handling enquiries, assist sales team
Administration (emails, Memos etc)
Preparation of documentation for meetings
Supporting CEO in all other activities
Requirements:
Excellent written & spoken English ( Good communication
skills)
Knowledge of MS Office and internet
Experience in administration and representing the company
Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate
as a strong team member
Possesses strong ability for client interaction at all levels
Able to build relationship quickly and proactive
Location: Malad - Mumbai
Duration: 10 to
7 pm
