He should be familiar with
developing projects particularly Foreign Contribution Projects,
Grant-in-Aid projects, Sponsorship projects, Research Projects, Tax
exempted projects and have sufficient experience in successfully managing,
implementing, evaluating, coordinating, forming policies, advocacy,
research and result orientation.
Recruiting and coordinating
experienced and qualified staff both senior & juniors level and
interacting with senior state and district level government officials,
various NGOs, partners and consultants shall be essential.
Additional Qualifications:
Must possess the university degree in Social work, education and must have
through experience preferably in related field.
A professional with minimum 5 years experience in programme planning,
project development, project implementation, monitoring, evaluating and
reporting progress to board is desired.
He must possess the necessary ability in working on large non profit
project specially showing his leader ship, managerial and organizational
quality with multi locational fields with his team showing strong leader
ship, team work ability, management and financial controls skills
establishing harmonious work environment both within and outside
organization are desired.
