Manages and contributes to the
planning and creation of content of numerous publications. Completes
reporting assignments ranging from spot news, conference coverage to
magazine feature-writing. Manages relationships with freelance writers,
contributors and solutions providers. Coordinates writing assignments.
Works cross-functionally to execute editorial assignments and contribute
to other content development efforts.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• 6 – 8 years professional experience writing & editing copy for offline
or online publications or Web sites.
• Financial Services experience, bank or credit union experience
preferred.
• BA in Journalism, Communication or related field of study.
• Skilled in the production of a range of print and electronic output such
as short format e-mail and long format magazine feature articles.
• Proficient in working with content providers such as subject matter
experts and solutions providers.
• Proven success in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong commitment and abilities relating to online content delivery.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
