The War Memorial

you will witness a railway loop through which the train passes, called the
Batasia Loop. As you move forward,
the train stops for a few minutes at the
War Memorial
allowing you to pay homage to the brave Gorkha soldiers who sacrificed
their lives in wars since the time India became independent. This memorial
was built in their memory. The highest point of the journey is Ghoom at
7407 ft.
