Before submitting your articles / creative work to contentwriter.in, please read through our submission guidelines and Contributing Writer Agreement -

Article Submission Guidelines & Writer's Agreement By submitting your Articles to contentwriter.in web site, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned here. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Regarding Content Contributions -

• The Contributing Writer warrants to contentwriter.in that he/she is the sole author and owner of the content and is free from any rights of any nature by any other third party or person, and has complete authority to enter into this agreement with contentwriter.in.

• By submitting any content to this website, you the Author / contributing Writer represents that you have complete rights to send us this content and by doing so you are not violating any third party's rights, including rights to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets etc.

• We do not accept plagiarism of any sort. Please send us your original articles / stories / poems only.

• You, the author agrees that the content contributed by you, if published on contentwriter.in, will not infringe on any other copyright. We may accept your content contribution (article / story / poem) for publication even if it has been published on any other website. However, before submitting your article / story / poem to contentwriter.in. please ensure that you own the copyright to the said content and no other publisher holds exclusive rights to your content.

• By sending us their creative work, the Author grants us complete Internet worldwide rights to publish the content (on contentwriter.in) and republish & distribute the content to any other site. Content writer.in may publish your contributions through RSS feeds, blogs and its newsletters as well.

• The Contributing Author understands that contributing their creative work to contentwriter.in does not entitle them to any form of monetary compensation. No monetary compensation will be made to Writers for contributing articles to contentwriter.in However, we do provide you a platform for showcasing your writing skills and written work along with a brief profile.

• Contentwriter.in reserves the right to accept or reject any content contributions made to it at any time. It is under no obligation to publish the Author's submitted content. Once published, content may be removed from the site at an time without prior notice.

• Authors are free to make multiple article submissions. However, it may take 2 - 4 weeks before we publish the content on the website.

• The Author will not submit such content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, contains pornography and profanity in the statements or contains viruses or any other harmful codes.

• Articles, Stories, Poems, Musings and other forms of creative writing can be submitted to us either through the submission form on the website here: http://www.contentwriter.in/articles-center.htm or by copy pasting the content in the body of your email.

• When a visitor on our website sends us an email (inquiry, creative contribution), we may store their email id for future reference and may send them newsletter alerts or emails. These may be sent by us or by our sister websites from time to time. If you do not wish to receive such emails, kindly write to us and mention this specifically. By filling forms on this website or sending us emails, you agree to receive certain emails from time to time from content writer.in or its partners.

• Authors should confirm to the length restrictions mentioned in the form while submitting content. If the Author Profile submitted exceeds the word limit (60 words), we reserve the right to edit the same to bring it within the desired word limit. We may also rephrase the profile content if we so wish it.

• The site reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the site & its services at any time without prior notice.
