Dwarka
- Sub City
Dwarka, a sub city of Delhi
has a pin code of New Delhi 75. It is close to the Domestic Airport, about 20 minutes by car and nearer to the
International Airport, about 10 minutes by car.
About
Dwarka
Dwarka is a well planned sub
city with lots of greenery and open spaces. It mostly consists of group
housing societies and DDA flats. Every society has its own group of
guards, plumbers, electricians, gardeners etc. Though there is a 24 hour
water supply, you have to either buy your own Bisleri or get the RO system
installed. Most of the societies have their own power back up for which
the members have to pay a minimal amount.
No vendor,
beggar or any unknown person can get past the guard room and come and
trouble you by ringing your door bell. Anyone coming to meet you has to
meet the guard first who calls you on the intercom and you can decide to
either call the person up to your flat or send him away.
