Having Trouble Sleeping? Tips For Having A Good Night's Sleep

Modern day life is stressful, competitive and every bit challenging. Changes in lifestyle, behaviour, work patterns, social and environmental factors - all have lasting impact on our internal clock. Today, a large percentage of people either suffer from sleep deprivation or some form of sleep disorder.

Physical Changes / Changes in Decor

1) Invest in a Comfortable Pillow & Mattress - There are many kinds of pillows & mattresses available in the market - soft / medium / hard. Get yourself a pillow and mattress that is most comfortable for you.

2) Choose a Soothing Color for your Bedroom Walls - It is essential to be relaxed in one's bedroom and it is a good idea to paint your bedroom walls with a color that can help you to unwind and fall asleep.

3) Fix lights that can be turned down before finally going to sleep. Bright lights give the indication to the brain that it is still day time.
