Method:
Slice the
onions and cut the rest of the vegetables into long thin strips. Heat the
oil thoroughly ina vessel and add the vegetables and Aji no moto. Cook on
a high flame for 3-4 mins. Add 6
teacups of water, boiled noodles and salt. Boil for 5 mins and serve hot.
