Method:
Blanch
spinach in salted water. Peel and deseed tomatoes. Now chop these dice /
boiled potato. Remove spinach leaves and place them in cold water. In a frying
pan, put the butter and chopped spinach leaves. Beat the eggs with a bit
of salt. Put eggs in a hot pan and shake the eggs a little. Add the
potato, tomatoes, spinach and cheese along with the cooked rice. Add lots
of pepper and tobasco sauce. Fold
omelette over and serve hot.
