Method:
Heat oil in
a pan and add onion paste and saute till golden brown. Add the ginger
garlic paste and fry for a while. Put in haldi, dhania and mirch. Fry the
masala and when oil starts separating, add the kasuri methi and tomato
puree. Cook for 2 mins and add 1/2 cup water and some salt. Add the
potato, cauliflower, paneer in that order. Mix in the tomato sauce and add
peas and beans.
