Navratan Korma

Ingredients:

  Ingredients Quantities
Onions ground 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Dhania 1/2 tsp
Mirch Powder 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Tomato Puree 1 tblspn
Tomato Sauce 2 tblspn
Cream 1/4 cup
Dry fuits and fresh pineapple 1/2 cup
Potato - boiled and peeled 1 cup
Cauliflower- diced and fried 1/2 cup
Paneer - diced and fried 1/2 cup
Boiled peas and beans 1 cup

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add onion paste and saute till golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a while. Put in haldi, dhania and mirch. Fry the masala and when oil starts separating, add the kasuri methi and tomato puree. Cook for 2 mins and add 1/2 cup water and some salt. Add the potato, cauliflower, paneer in that order. Mix in the tomato sauce and add peas and beans.
