Cheese Mushroom Dip

Method:
Heat butter
in a pan and cook onions for 2 mins. Ass mushrooms and garlic and continue
cooking for 3 mins. Do not allow it to get discoloured.
Put mixture
into a food processor with cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend
to make a smooth puree. Mix in half the parsley. Spoon the dip into a bowl
and garnish with remaining parsley. Serve with
biscuits and vegetables.
